The Mitre, Hampton Court Hotel Kingston upon Thames

Great location. Easy access to center of London by train. Amazing food in the pub next door.

Staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel's location was perfect for visiting Hampton Court Palace, just a stone's throw away. The room was spacious and quiet, with access to a private patio. The breakfast buffet offered a range of options, including a full English breakfast, and the breakfast room overlooked the Thames, providing a lovely view. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The interior design of the hotel was fine and created a beautiful atmosphere. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a convenient location close to key attractions and amenities.

One aspect that we were not satisfied with was the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

I loved staying at this hotel. The staff were superb - smart, friendly, and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were great. The location of the hotel, right next to the river and Hampton Court Palace, was perfect. there was convenient parking available and easy access to transportation. The breakfast served at the hotel was satisfactory, and I enjoyed the view from the restaurant and brasserie onto the river. the hotel was surrounded by beautiful outside areas, and there was a great pub next door and local shops just a short walk away.

We had a fantastic stay at this historic hotel. The location couldn't have been better, directly across the street from the palace and right on the Thames by the bridge. The view from our room, room 402, was absolutely stunning, with a peek of Hampton Court through the trees. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast in the Terrace restaurant, which has wonderful views as it is right on the river, was delicious and satisfying. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the bed was huge and very comfortable.

The reception staff were not as welcoming and efficient as we would have hoped.
